Bookshelf Author Series with Robb Armstrong

Robb Armstrong, the creator of the comic strip JumpStart, will talk about his latest book Fearless: A Cartoonist's Guide to Life. Armstrong’s award-winning comic strip JumpStart has reached 80 million readers, is syndicated in more than 300 newspapers worldwide, and is considered the most widely syndicated comic strip from an African-American author in history. In his memoir, Armstrong weaves together his personal stories of his journey to success and hardship along the way. Armstrong will sign books after his talk. Tickets for the event are free and available on a first come, first serve basis at the Museum starting at 10:00 am on the day of the event.
